Once due diligence is undertaken and the opportunity is proven then KPV will approach those investors who have registered interest to put together a syndicate to buy the land and develop the village. At this point KPV would require a signed commitment of funding from the investor.
Syndicate size would typically be around $5 million but up to a maximum of $20 million.
