The entry age is for Woodcroft Estate is generally 65. When you visit, you’ll feel an immediate sense of how much simpler and easier life could be.
The pavilion is the focus of community activities, plus there’s a village green featuring a bowling green and tranquil seating areas. You can be as involved in community life in the village as much, or as little, as you like. It’s your home, so it’s entirely up to you.
As rewarding as living at Woodcroft Estate can be, it doesn’t mean you’re disconnected from the wider community. Many people who live at Woodcroft Estate are closely involved with local sports and social clubs, and some are still working and running businesses.
Family and friends are always welcome to visit or to stay. They’ll love how spacious your home is. There’s plenty of room for grandkids to play, and space in the kitchen to create memorable meals for family gatherings, like birthdays and Christmas.
Village fees
At Woodcroft Estate, you’ll pay a weekly fee that covers the regular ongoing costs of running the village, which include rates, insurance and day-to-day running costs. There’s also another small weekly fee that goes into the village renovation fund. This fund ensures the long-term upkeep of the village, so you can be confident your community will remain in top condition in the years to come.
When the time comes to sell your home in the village, there’s a selling and administration fee, but it’s a very low 4%, and there are no facilities fees to pay. Like all properties under the Karaka Pines Villages umbrella, when the time comes to sell, you benefit from the capital gain in your home, not the management.
